WINEMAKING TECHNIQUES :
The healthy, crushed and destemmed harvest is vinified in the traditional manner. Fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature, with maceration for approximately one week. Final blend integrates oaky merlot, giving roasted and vanilla hints.
TASTING NOTES :
Visual : Deep brilliant raspberry colour, with purple rim
Nose : A pronounced nose with fruity (black plum and blackberry) and vanilla notes.
Palate : Well-rounded palate, gourmand and fruity. That wine reveals delicious aromas of red fruits and chocolate.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Ready to drink now, this wine is best enjoyed at room temperature (18°C) to accompany a meal outside, a platter of charcuterie meats, grilled meats or a pasta meal. You can also serve it more fresh for aperitif.
